We use Educa a Preschool software program. The Langwarrin Preschool Educa website will be a private and safe way of improving communication and collaboration with families. Teachers set up an individual profile for each child and invite the child’s parents to join. Each parent will have access to their own child’s profile, their child’s group notice board and the whole centre notice board. You will be able to access this site via computer, ipad or using the Educa phone app. Once you have access to your child’s profile, you will be able to request additional members to be provided access (e.g. grandparents, aunts and uncles). Teachers will use this site for document sharing such as forms, policies, resources and notices and also for providing families with observations and learning stories for their child.
